Alrighty question for any of you techies..help! New laptop...came w/windows vista..the system administrator account I can't turn off or access the parental controls..but yet I can create a new user..change all the settings and peruse the internet, etc at my leisure....Is there anyway to change the system admin p-ctrls? If so, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Where does it say he lost the password ? P-ctrl's means Parental controls.
