Across Northern BC, they’re seemingly putting out the welcome mat for the new temporary CEO and President of Ridley Terminals.

... and public ownership of the means of production continues on. MP Cullen once said the the NW is like its own little nation. A socialist state of sorts comes to mind, where elected officials keep a pretty close grip on the levers of the economy ... not that there is anything wrong with that, although it would be nice if the cell/internet system worked a bit better.
