go to imageshack, upload the picture, post the link here.

Easier than that, just click on the "Upload attachment" tab below the type window when you post or reply.

Or if the the picture you want to download is "on here", venture to the picture, put your mouse over the image, right click your mouse and select to save the image

Instead of saving the image, right-click and open the image in its own page. Copy the url and and insert it in your own post by " [ img ] http:// hackingthemainframe .com/forum/download/file.php?avatar=530.jpg [ /img ]

Do not use spaces in the "img" line and it will post like so:
